We did start later Dave but we also nearly ran out of time with some members getting them just before Christmas. No harm in starting early, no one will put them up any earlier.
Also, it's going to be a little harder this year as Rev is hardly been around at all just for the occasional browse. Not sure who did them last time but she helped.
