I liked this site
« on: July 13, 2007 - 05:09:35 PM »
so much I joined!
I'm from the Detroit area, automotive painter by trade and have owned my '70 Barracuda since 1982.original c7 318 auto but swaped in a 340 six pack some time ago.painted it a few times and drove it.I did'nt like the brakes, suspension and engine so I tore it apart and it sat for a good 5 years before I decided it was time to fix her up one last time.so I scraped all the undercoating off, sandblasted the whole bottom and bay, patched the rot holes and painted that much.I'm currently redoing the suspension with the Just suspensions street strip kit with the tube a-arms and re-inforced LCA's and 11/8" swaybar.too bad the uca's are on backorder so now I wait.
Anyways,thats my story.
