help all!  my car is being shipped from Texas this week it should arrive...

he said he didnt have any time to adjust hte linkage due to the trnsaporter being there...

he states that its a minor fix, the linkage needs adjustment it supposedly been totally rebuilt... guy has a good rep.... but who knows...

my transporter  says the car is mint, i trust the transporter, i know him well, i am just "nerved up" about the 2nd gear issue...

anyone  know of a trans guy in North Jersey that can be trusted? and not rape me?

i am scared to death of trannys and wont mess with it, engines i like...trannys i hate!

Hey, I'm not around NJ but didnt want to ignore your post. You being a newby and all.   But I can say a small allen wrench and a half inch wrench combined with 20 minutes will get you shifting. Make a post for chryco to see in the tranny section...It's easy so don't be scared :cheers:

I think there is another post like this around somewhere cause I remember replying to this.    :clueless:  I'm sure you can get it going if it's just a linkage adjustment.  Can't wait to see it . . .  :picture:
