I'm another happy Magnaflow user here.  I ditched the Flow Masters over a year ago.  Here's a video of them both at idle.  The Magnaflows are quieter idling/cruising and have a very loud distinct sound at full throttle.

Yea, I think I like the MagnaFlows. I currently have flowmasters, but after listening to that, I might have to order a set for the cuda.

Nice looking Cuda.  I liked the flowmaster sound better though.  The 50 series you had are their delta flow mufflers.  They are "tinny" sounding, I agree there.  The super 40s don't sound like that though.  I've got a 3" set on my built 340 and they are very deep sounding.  The magnaflows have always been a quiet muffler to me.  A friend of mine just swapped his loudmouth catback on his LS1 trans am to a magnaflow, and its almost like stock its so quite.  I know I'm comparing apples to oranges here, but oh well.  The important thing is your happy with it.

the kit is a complete 3 inch system from the headers back or manifolds. It has inlet pipes that will need to trimmed depending on the length of headers also has an x pipe, mufflers, and tail pipes. It has heavy duty band clamps not those cheap exhaust clamps, comes with hangers for mufflers and hangers for tail pipes . The only thing it does not come with is the tips. If you want to check it out go to magnaflow.com and look up part number 15852 3 inch ebody cuda chally kit and you can see the specs> any other questions email me or call me 304 283 3070

Interesting. Anyone else have any video or sound comparisons they can post ? I am getting ready to finish up the exhaust on my 511 Hemi. I have the TTI 2 1/8" headers to a 3" TTI X pipe. I need to order mufflers and tail pipes.

I've had the 40 series Flowmasters before on a small block - very throaty sounding. I was told to get the 3" tailpipes and the Dynomax Ultraflows to complete my system now.
