If money was not a concern, where or to whom would you send your e-body for complete restore or paint.

No one will know mine, Shane. Local guy aged 27. Young but bloody amazing talent.
One of the few painters with raw natural talent & eagle eye. They can't teach that in a class or course.

If I were in the States, I'd probably go for Foose's Charlie or someone Julius recommends.

You mean a car he had someone else do all the paint and body work while he wrote out checks?  At least send a car to someone who actually does the work.

Wow..no reason to    I was simply stating that, "personally" I like the finished product.     It was not a "He is the best" ,  "Others are not" type of reply. 

 
  I see it like this......(keep in mind this is me personally ).... if I sent one of my cars off to a person or shop,  as long as I am aware of who is doing what and I like the detail and finish of the car, I don't mind if they sub out some of the work to someone that is great at that particular craft.     But as stated above.  I would want to know before the project is started, who is doing what and how it will be done.     Of course this is a subject I should not have to worry about for a long, long....long time!!!   That is because in this hobby, it only takes time and money!!  And right now all I have is time!

I hate to tell you but Restorations by Julius doesn't do the whole car either (ala Alan Gallant), he farms-out the paint/body and engine work and only does reassembly (I've been there).  Good work all the same.  Good luck getting Roger Gibson (his waiting list is about 2 years).  I would recomend Paul Jacobs Sr. and Jr. @ Jacobs Restorations.

I wouldn't send a Hot Wheel car to Julius to do, he re-did the trunk on my car (when it was still owned by the previous owner) and I've never seen such crappy work.  Overspray on the wire-harnesses, rear tail-light housings & rear seat cardboard (that I had to replace), sanding discs left wedged under the rear seat and enough blasting media under the rear seat that I could have sifted it & re-done the outside of the car.  I stopped by his shop a couple of months ago and was not impressed with the quality of the work I saw there.  One of his employees was doing a plug change on a 70 hemicuda that was parked there and the paint work was horrible.  Whoever painted it, shot right over paint chips and scratches - he dismissed it as a driver and didn't care that the paint job was so shoddy.

No thanks, there are other, better people around.
