Rotisserie Recomendations

With any luck at all I will be going be E-Body club this week end. Dad and I are going to pick up a 1971 Cuda body to clone into a hemi car.

We have done a bunch of restortion over the years but never done a rotisserie car. So we are looking for some GOOD rotisseries to put the body on, not a cheapy, the thought of tweaking the body on a cheap made rotisserie isn't a good one. Also any other specific pointers to putting an E-Body on a rotisserie would be great.

Are you a good welder?  I made mine myself mostly with some stock I had laying around.  It only cost me $60 for the stock I didn't have, plus 2 spools of welding wire.  There are some pictures on my web site, and I can get you some more details if you need it.

Whirly jig makes the best rotissori for the money IMO. I personally use a homemade jig and have never had any issues.

Welding is not a problem, I have fabed up alot of stuff over the years, just looking for the easy way out this time around.

We have looked at the Whirly Jig, of course they say theirs is the best but I like hearing it from people that actually have used them.
