70 R/T 440 from Germany
« on: July 19, 2007 - 06:53:56 AM »
Hello there,

my name is Jens, I live in Germany.
I own a 70 Challenger R/T 440 in Top Banana.
The car has a matching engine, original FY1 paint, V6X longitudinal stripes and H5X9 cloth/vinyl interior. The car was sold new in LA, came to Germany in the early nineties.

My backup Mopar is 71 383 Super Bee in EV2 V1X  :naughty:

Greetings
Jens :useless:

Are you for real?  Original paint?  Or original FY1 car?  Either way, that thing is freakin sweet!   :grinyes:

Good to have you here.  And lets see some of that Hemi Orange Super Bee!

Yes, the JS23 has orginal paint except for a very small ditch on the right fender. Both bumpers are bent too, but that tells of the car's history...

You can find pics of both cars on www.mopar-crew-gifhorn.com
The site is in german language, but it is easy to find. Click on "the crew", then Jens alias Bruder K

The Bee is mstly original too, but doesn't look that nice.

Thanks for all your nice welcome-answers.

Here's a pic of my Bee. Although the pic is 6 years old the car still looks the same. I still can't decide if I want to repaint it or keep the oldstyle look the car has.

Welcome aboard! Those are some nice cars you have there. On that Superbee, I always did think that was a great-looking hood. Very sweet!

@Rick:
I know the 71superbee-page. I had mailed with John Bober several months ago.
Your Bee is very nice looking! Is it a 4-speed?
