Actually, having the seller say the car was parted out is all I need. What could be better than an eye witness report in writing?

Two of these are already on the black list, and I have the third auction printed out so I can add it the next time I update that list.

I check Ebay for this type of thing daily.

Did anybody else notice the two 71 Cudas were BOTH scheduled to be built on April 15th (aka Tax day)!  The VIN's are less than 50 apart even!  Too bad they both went to Mopar Heaven

This one doesn't even look like a real fender tag.  The font is not correct.  Look at the 3's.

I had a fender tag stolen.  I wonder if it made it to Ebay.  I hope it's not on your black list Barry.  LOL.  No real worry though.  I am lucky to still have the build sheet.

Actually I think it's a real tag - the LA plant tags looked totally different than Hamtrack.

Just in case some of you did not know it, LA had more than one tag stamping machine. Some used the thin font and some used the font that most of us are used to seeing.

I agree that the font on the LA cars look different. I had a 70 'Cuda built in LA and the font on the data plate was like the one in the pic.

Barry, is it safe to assume that you will catch these eBay items?  Or should we still keep an eye out for them?
