Headlights on the new Challenger
« on: July 19, 2007 - 02:31:05 PM »
What do you guys think of the new headlights on the new Challenger with the lighting ring  around the headlight? Would that look good if it were done on the E bodies?

I was thinking it would give a mean look at night but then it's also is too associated to the BMW look.

There was a topic floating around the internet a few years ago about a guy who made the "angel eyes" found on the BMW headlights using a rod from a set of standard window blinds and some LED's.  It was fascinating, I must admit.

I think you can buy "Angel Eyes" from aftermarket BMW vendors to retrofit on older BMWs that didn't have them from the factory.  I wonder if they'll work on Challengers?

I did see a cool set while driving.  The BMW came up behind me fast.  It had red angel eyes!  Looked mean!  :grinyes:
