To Cuda-Challenger.com Members - Goodbye!!
« on: July 19, 2007 - 08:15:57 PM »
Yes I am very sorry to say here that I will not be on Cuda-Challenger.com for a while.  Things have kinda come up that will be taking me away from this site.  It was a costly mistake - one that'll affect me I'm afraid to say for many many years, and while I'm engaged by this new distraction, I at least want you all to know that I've had a real blast being a member of this site.  I've thoroughly enjoyed meeting many of you, and becoming a part of such a fantastic group.  You'll always be in my thoughts, and I will miss you...

...because I just bought a new Playstation 3, and y'all ain't gonna see my fat a$$ around here for a LOOOOONG time!!!   :smilielol:

:)

That's right - I'm breakin' out the folding lawn chair - April - I TOLD you I've used it indoors!  Settin' up the mini fridge next to it, and playin' 'till my fingers bleed (or until the batteries run out on the wireless controllers 'cause the idiots made 'em with a 3 foot cord - smart move THERE geniuses...)

Anyways, I'll TRY to stop by from time to time, but I've got a Transformers game to get to, and at least a half-dozen demos downloading directly to the console over the internet.  MAN this thing kicks butt!

Ooooh man, and I thought the 'CUDA was costing me a fortune...  $60 for a game...  SHEESH...  Hey can we open up a donation box here?  :)

Well, if you want quick, fun, and easy - check out Nitto1320.com.  Free to play, though you can subscribe for extra features, and it's quite addictive.  They just added a new game - Nitto 1320 Legends, but I refuse to download it because I don't want to get hooked.  I have the original Nitto1320, with well over a million dollars of inventory in my garage.

With my playstation though, I'll be able to play people through the internet from around the world.  I cannot WAIT for Gran Turismo 5 to come out.  Then you'll REALLY never see me!

How cool is the PS3?  I'm typing this post ON my PS3.  It has a built in web browser.  Takes a while though...

Man, you got me!  I thought you were going to jail or something!  :bricks1:

PS3 for me is too addicting!  Forget about even eating/sleeping if you get me on one of those things.

I learned when I was a kid I was too into those games.  The last video game system I had was an Atari 2600.  :-[

I've had to be dragged away numerous times from the PS3 isle because I want one so bad. The only thing that is keeping me somewhat sane, and in check, is that I read that next year they're going to offer an 80g version, and are going to cut the price to $399. Well, if I can't have a new Challenger, at least it's a consolation prize.

 :roflsmiley:  Metal Karpal? LOL

I play a few games on the computer, mostly when I'm out of town.
Have fun 73Barracuda, still want to see you check in here often and let us know how you like the new toy.
