    Maybe you should finish off the floor in Orange and then mask it out for Black & Orange checkered floor :roflsmiley:  Just may be easier than getting the overspray off. :2thumbs:

    I'd be interested to find out if this gun is THAT much better than a cheap one.  This thing cost like 350 :money:, I got a small detail gun from HF and will use that for the touch ups.  I'll let you know.  The detail gun was 20 bucks.  I'm going to use the detail gun for the blackout as well.

    Looks great! Yeah your garage looks like one of a kind.  :roflsmiley: But i bet there are others out there worse. Mine was pretty bad untill the wife made me clean up. About the only thing i haven't done in my garage yet is painting, and that is coming. :2thumbs:

    Yeah, I keep telling myself I need to clean before I start something else.LOL  I really do need to sweep the floor now and clean my bench off.  The painting wasn't too bad it's the clean-up...

    You should move you washer and dryer into the garage.  That way if she's looking for you you can tell her you're folding clothes!  :naughty:  :D

    I bought a gravity feed gun from HF. It says professional on it and I got it on sale for $10.00. I have been using it on my friends R/T for primer and that thing is sweet. All we are spraying is primer and it lays it down smooth as glass. I have an HVLP that I paid $350 for that I will use for paint. I'm totally impresed with this $10 dollar gun though. I know some of HF's stuff is junk but I cannot stress how well this cheepo thing sprays!

    I agree on the HF stuff.  I used a 10 dollar gun to spray the black and it worked good.  I didn't feel like cleaning my buddies gun again.  It looks brand new right now.  It was really orange before.LOL

    Got most of the Overspray off the floor today, not all of it though...  I **think** if I scrub it it will come up. :faint:

    Still stuck on the column pin.  Not budging.  Can I heat it without worry?

    Tom, I assumed the column was out fo the car... That pin is very tight. And if you've deformed it at all, it may not budge at all. I'd pull the column, and do what I said in my email... You need a stable surface (not letting it float in air) and something to back up the shaft when you drive the pin out.
