Engine bay look unreal Tom :2thumbs:

Is the air cleaner lid staying black or have you got other plans for it.

Looking tough all set up, great work old mate. :clapping:

Going to leave it black, I might get a Custom Decal made for it.

Wonder if you could get someone to do a Carbon fibre lid or maybe a decal in the center oval in carbon fibre :bananasmi

Tom great to see the motor in and the car sitting on all fours.

Will you be starting it soon?  :burnout:

I think chrome 422  decal would look killer on that air clearner  :bigshades:

Thanks Guys, DB's I have to finish up the exhaust plus some other connections(tq conv to flex, starter, and tranny cooler).  Fill up the fluids, swap the distributor, make final electrical connections and it should be ready.  It has already been run on the stand so the leakage should be on the low side.LOL

:wow:  I agree with Kenny, the car looks fantastic in that pic!  I wish mine was going to look that good when I first drive it.  But I'll be grinning from ear-to-ear anyway.

That looks soooooo good. I am concerned for your safety in the one picture of the jack stands being over extended. I would hate to see such talent like you get injured.   It looks very nice. Please be careful :2thumbs:

Thanks Al,

I guess they are pretty high, I have them all the way up.  I usually keep a jack under the centersection too.  I think I'll fix that in the AM.

Tom

My wife would agree with you.LOL :grinyes:

Hey Tom, how'd the Headers fit? they look good!!

I asked this same question in my other thread, but did you have to run the drag link through the headers??
