2008 Calendar Entry Submissions! ~ 32 Qualified Entries ~

It's that time of year folks!  Time to break out the cameras and take your cars out to beautiful locations and take some gorgeous pictures for the 2008 CC.com Calendar.  If you have any questions, please contact me.

The following are the eligibility requirements for C-C.com calendar submissions.

1.  You must be a member of C-C.com with a membership of at least 30 days.
2.  You must have a post count of at least 100.
3.  The car must be either a Challenger or a Barracuda (e or a body)
4.  You must own the car that you are submitting.
5.  You must only submit one picture of one car.
6.  If your car was in last year's calendar, you must submit a NEW picture.

Submission and Voting Process:

Obtain a good Picture:  When choosing or taking your picture, you must have a high resolution picture from the camera at least 2000 pixels wide (the bigger, the better). Consider things such as layout, lighting and background.  You want your car to stand out...using about 75% of the total picture.  The picture you submit for voting will be the one used in the calendar.  Do not try to enlarge or enhance your picture using a graphics program.

Submit Your Picture:   Submit only one picture. You must include your C-C.com name in the email along with make, model, year, and engine size of your car.  Send your picture to LL_Davis@hotmail.com no later than Wednesday, 08/15/07 midnight EST.  You will receive an e-mail confirming your qualification and entry. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours, please send a private message to Rev-It-Up.

Vote for 12 Pictures:  On Friday, 08/17/07, you will find a new poll where you will be able to vote for your top 12 cars.  This poll will remain active through Friday, 08/31/07 until just after midnight EST. The results will be available immediately after.

If you meet all the qualifications, but drive a somewhat, well I don't wanna say "BEATER..."  But my....  ...I mean...  ...THE car is less than 100% restored/gorgeous/mint-condition, should I...    ...I mean SOMEONE...    ...even bother?

'Cause I know this GUY...  He loves his car and all, but it ain't THAT nice (despite the laying upon by Chryco's magical hands) and he's kinda thinkin' it ain't worth settin' up the photo shoot...

I mean be honest - you won't hurt my... ...I mean... ...HIS feelings...

  Just to ease your angst. Cars in the process of being restored are considered too. Barry Washington was Miss April this year. His car was mostly apart in his garage, but we LOVE T/A's, so we let him slide.

Since my car was in this years calendar, I'm going to opt out too. But next year, when I have my 472 HEMI in place, it may be a different story!  I will however, be voteing. So do the BEST you can!!!!

I think Mike may have meant to say, if my heap made it, you have a decent shot. 

I am opting out this year as well, but I am anxiously awaiting the submissions.

I'd get some of my project 'rolling on 5" casters up front', but my dad has so much crap in the garage I couldn't pull off a good side shot.
