Installing a Dual Point Distributor
« on: August 05, 2007 - 06:45:06 PM »
I have electronic ignition on my 440 6 Pack.
I recently purchased a numbers matching dual Point Distributor for my car.
This fall,I plan on having someone change it back to original.
Can someone tell me exactly what is involved.

I'm not sure, but I'm wondering why you would go back to the stone age.  :dunno: Elecronic ignition is an upgrade that is "acceptable" to the pureists.

I'm not a pureist either. I got a point type im my 70 440-6. I dont know why, I just enjoy this car that way. With no explanation that can make any sense. :clueless:
