I'd drive that challenger if you wanted an fc7 70 barracuda. 440-6 4spd no rust.
Nice chally you got there. I seen it on moparts too.
I should keep my car tho, it is a plymouth there extinct now
Thanks for the offer.
I know the Barracuda and 'Cuda are basically the same car but I have my heart set on a real 'Cuda.
Yes the Plymouths are extinct and getting harder to find.
I'm going to be very picky about what I trade for as this Challenger is an awesome car and I'll glady keep it if the right car doesn't come along.
Many Mopar folks are expecting the popularity of the older Challengers, especiallythe R/T's, to increase along with their value when the 2008 Challenger hits the streeets
To add to my ad, If someone wants a running driving car to trade on, I'm planning to install a fresh 440 sixpack engine in this 71 R/T in near future. This sixpack engine is currently in another street/strip 1973 4 speed Challenger of mine.
The 440 engine is a 1966 model with 45k original miles on it, completey stock and untouched bottom end.
The entire sixpack setup is brand new along with a new MP .528 solid cam.
This engine combo was setup to be very streetable, cool running, and run on pump gas.
I've spent many hours tuning and tinkering with the sixpack setup on this engine and I've got it running just about perfect!
It's first trip to the 1/8 mile track it ran 8.0's with a VERY soft launch, with a little more tuning and a better launch it will be an easy mid 7 second car,(hopefully mid to low 12's in the 1/4).
Thanks to all for looking and feel free to email comments or questions.
