Sorry to say Cowboy, but it looks like the fender is damaged in that area. It looks like it is smashed up and is holding the valance panel up on that side. Almost like mine was after the drunk hit it, just the other side of the car.

Edit: added pic from the side.

Yes. The passenger (right) side of your car looks correct.

A pic of mine before the crash...

Yep, your problem is in the left fender and panel area. Mine is in the right fender.

Something doesn't look correct on the driver's side. Just looking at the front picture, the valence panel appears to be higher up under the bumper on that side. I don't know if this picture will help or not.

If you lift the bumper upwards on the driver side , wouldn`t a gap appear between the bumper and the valance panel?
Mek or Purple1, does your Challys have that gap between the bumper and the valance?

maybe with some help you can massage the fender down and out on the driver's side and make it even.

What I'm thinking is you should measure on both sides where your bolts bolt in for your bumpers.  Obviously you can see driver's side of the bumper needs to go up so maybe it is just bent down and the fender is still ok?
