New fenders - problems?
« on: August 19, 2007 - 10:23:43 AM »
Goodmark Challenger fenders are out. I got the right side (passenger) front fender. Now it looks like only the lower body line is wrong. It is hard to see in this pic test fitting it to the car, but it is low in the front by the wheel. and was tough to get lined up this close.

I can see now it is going to take some work to make this right.  :stomp:

This will be the first feedback I've heard about these new fenders.

Maybe it's just my eye but not only is it off at the door it looks like it runs down hill. I think I'd send the pic to goodmark just to see what they say. Pete

Did you pay full boat for those??  How much are they?

Typical,,    :villagers: There would be Hell to pay if they had done that with the '69 Kermearo   :villagers:

ok, I read about this somewhere else before Syracuse Nationals.  I cannot remember where though, someone was complaining about the lower bodyline not matching and if memory serves me right, they were re-working the dies.  I apologize if I am wrong, its just crazy how it was just brought up....I actually want to say it was from an article I read on CC,
