Poll - How Did You Hear About C-C.C?
« on: August 20, 2007 - 02:57:42 AM »

Nice & easy poll for everyone. How did you hear about cuda-challenger.com?

I found it via a Google search, keywords: "Mopar Forum". I just browsed through different forums using the search results and liked this one the best, the rest as they say, is history. So, how did you find cuda-challenger.com ?

When the G-Force Cuda was all over in the print media, I saw reference to this forum mentioned in a couple other forums I visit. Decided to check it out and have been here regularly since.

I was searching for some parts for my brother's 68 charger and went to the Dodge-Charger board.  I noticed on the bottom of the page it said "Visit our Sister Site, Cuda-Challenger.com".  Well, since I had just bought the Challenger, I immediately checked it out and have been here ever since...that was early 2002.

I found you all through the good old Internet.  I was taking a "train the trainer" class and we had to give a brief presentation on something we enjoyed.  The light bulb went on, Ok it’s only a 25 watt bulb, but it still went on, and Mopars came to mind.

I focused my presentation on the 1971 Plymouth Barracuda / Cudas.  So I was looking for pictures of them on the net and found this place.  Of course you couldn’t look at pictures unless you signed up so….that how I found my second home.

Thanks for the poll NZ.  :2thumbs:

I found it VIA a Search Engine. I have to admit I didn't come here much at first. I'm a slow learner I guess, it took me a while to get sick of the other forums I was on which I think are all negitive. If they cannot flame someone they just aren't happy.   I LOVE IT HERE!  :2thumbs:

This was a good idea, Carl. :2thumbs:  I joined way back when I still was something like 16 and had been a member of D-C.com since I bought my '69 Charger at 14.  I actually joined here from a recommendation from D-C.com as I wanted to know some input on the Challenger I was looking into. (My '73)

Thanks for the kudos on the poll gentlemen.

Search engines eh, how good they are. :worshippy Don made a very good comment, they are a way of life. Well for me and I'm guessing around 90% of the people on here. I wake up every morning (nah, you think? lol) turn the PC on, then go do the wake up stuff, coffee, smoke, wash face etc etc. Check my emails and reply, check out my forum then come here. After I've replied to any messages or started a thread etc on those 3, I then check out eBay, my hotmail email, Trade-Me (NZs eBay), MySpace then the hole cycle starts again, to my forum then C-C.C....lol

It's not until you have no computer that you miss a computer. You take it for granted these days.
