Did you test these gauges though? I think your gas gauge, and possibly your temp. gauge are out to lunch.

No I have not tested the gauges. The gauges were in my car many many years ago, and I am not sure any of them worked or were even hooked up. I know there are some posts on testing here and I might look at them a little closer. I am a bit of an idiot and very short on tools when it comes to the elctrical stuf! So help would be apreciated!
I am going to hook up the tac with some jumper wires in the next few weeks to see if it works. If not I will have to add it to the to do list!
