1964 Nascar Hemi Complete motor

This motor was built by Dean Nicopolis. Google his name for history of him being one of the orginal Ramchargers.

This is a 1964 iron block factory dated 1964 and produced with 1/2" main side bolts. Limited quantity produced for NASCAR. Heads are A990 option cylinder heads as supplied on 1965 race cars by the factory. Intake manifold is a 1996 new design aluminum crossram. Also a second intake Rat Roaster model orginal dual quad inline setup. Full radius crankshaft with orginal hemi connecting rods. Pistons are TRW with custom machining to remove weight and match cylinder head valves and chamber. Cam is a billet roller camshaft and comp cam lifters solid roller. Sealed Power rings with .031 d**es top, cast iron second and 1/8 oil ring (3pc). Light weight sprockets with roller chain cam drive.

Stock hemi valve train, intake rocker 1.57:1 exhaust rocker 1.53:1.
Camshaft 292-04 .750 theorotical lift, actual is .715 install at 103.5 degrees at valve.
Valve lash .030 both intake and exhaust hot or cold.
Valve springs K-Motion 1000h
Engine operating range 2000-7500rpms max.
