I have been thinking about getting one and so I decided to.... Is this how they work...looks real simple first module is set at line lock release etc... So I have a chip at 3000 in there when I power up to 3000 rpm it cuts off the spark untill I release the line lock button and then activates the 2nd module for top end rpm...
