The car is currently being looked at by a potential buyer, the shell of the car is in fair shape, in that the tub is solid but does have some floor rust from sitting. It sustained some major damage in the early 80's and was stripped of most parts. Motor/tranny are long gone, original doors gone, Radiator support gone, interior gone. Car came with most window chrome and a good windshield. The car will need to be placed on a frame rack and have the left rear of it pulled. Needs 1 rear quarter for sure and the other looks to be saveable. Torsion bar mount was cut with a torch before we got ahold of it. I believe that we have the chrome that goes around the top and I believe its in relatively good shape. Dash is there, along with the standard gauges. This is an authentic BS27H0B car!

We have been gathering pieces here and there for the past 20+ years that it has been in our possesion.
Pieces we have gathered:
Radiator support
doors with hardtop glass
seats, front and rear
72 style front end with disc brakes
tail light panel
Convertible top mechanism, manual
convertible boot
Belt moldings
Rear interior panels
Torsion bar mount from a 70 Challenger
70 header panel
and more....

Sorry, I havent any more pics. Will see about getting more....if its possible.

Several low-balled offers have been turned down....

we were offered $40K but are holding out for more. If it doesn't sell we just keep it.

I should have been a bit more descriptive of the car. I bought it from a salvage yard several years ago. It appeared to have been in a crash. I bought it initially for a tub for my 71 Challenger RT that had issues with the floors. Surprisingly, the Cuda had slight damage to the underside and the frame rails. Left rear quarter is mashed and the right has some damage that may be fixed rather easily. The car needs to be placed on a frame rack and have the sheetmetal pulled. The shell of the car is in rather remarkable shape otherwise. This may be the last chance to own a Real Cuda Convertible.

no engine no trans, serious accident, rusted out and you turned down 40k  when prices have fallen 30% on mopars. I'll bet you build it yourself if you hold out for more. And it will cost a bunch to repair that car. Wish you the best of luck.

The drivers side floor has one thin spot, NOT ROT from salt....

When the car was pulled from the yard, all the floors were clean.

But its whatever a person wants.  :2thumbs:

Rare car indeed, that's what my Nash Bridges "71" Cuda started life as - a 70 B5 Blue 2 fendertag 4 speed 340 70 Cuda.

You should have taken the 40k.  I have found a couple of 70 Cuda convetible H codes in better shape recently in the 30's.  Might want to rethink that, but good luck with what you are looking for.
