Walker Texas Ranger Barracuda
« on: August 26, 2007 - 12:20:05 AM »
I was just flipping channels and came across Chuck Norris driving a Barracuda in an old episode. I was happy to see the guys in the helicopter were such bad shots that they did not even scratch the car. It was a 70 Barracuda, FE5 with white top and red interior with the unusual 72-74 white 'Cuda stripe on it  :clueless:  :dunno: Other than the stripe it looked like a correct car with rallye wheels and everything. Nice to see our mopes getting some air time.

That was a Dodge Ramcharger. I liked his on/off switch for the supercharger.

I am sorry :bricks1:  And the name of the movie is "Lone Wolf McQuade". Great movie, I have it on an old tape...

It isn't acting! You can clearly see the concern on his face as he looks in the rearview at the poor citizens that got blown up by the evil chopper dudes  :-[

It is definitely a 70 Cuda, but what is up with that larger than life side stripe??  :screwy: That is much worse than was on the 73-74 Cuda's.   :P

  Mike

Yep, a 1970 GranCoupe to be precise.  You don't get a very good look at the stripe in the vid but it looks like it is painted on
