Nope.  I did tell my dad's cousin about it though.  He travels all over the area often, and knows a ton of people.  (one of them guys that knows everybody)  and he is asking around, but not telling anyone what for.  :nono:

Eh, it is just a Hemi Cuda.  I know of 2 sitting in a barn near me.  Seriously.

Good luck on your adventure.  You never know.  I've gone on hunts and found nothing... sometimes I find something... somthing real good.

Sounds like a nice weekend drive.

I personally didn't find one for $5000, but my friend did.  It was rusted out 70 Hemi Cuda.  Litterally, not much left of the original metal, the engine was in the shed next to where the cuda body sat outside.  I'll post pictures when I return home this evening.  Got it a few years ago after following a "Cars in Barns' tale.  Paid lets say around $5000 for it.

Thats cool if you did find one for cheap, congrats. Just re-read your post though, you just made it sound like finding a hemicuda is as easy as finding a reuben down at the deli.

I was being sarcasitic in the first post about the Hemi Cudas...

I know they are rare and hard to find.  The two I found were from years of research and a lot of luck.  My buddy as well with the one he found.  Most people have a life where they can't hunt for them like I do, but that is how I find the ones I do.

You never know what you are going to find, that is how I find all the stuff in my albums below.

Please no, or I'll bash my brains out.

I'm going to explain something with you guys.  What if I do find it?  Would I buy it for dirt cheap?  I have decided no.  I couldnt possibly afford it.  I wouldnt want something that I would be afraid to touch, even transport.  I also couldnt sell it to someone.  I would have too much guilt.  I'd simply go look at it, appreciate it for what it is, and move on.  Someone else can have the headache, it is after all, only a piece of iron stamped by man.

Would be fun to go look though.   :grinyes:

So we go to plan "B". You go look at it. Buy it cheap. Give it to me since I'm a great guy... so you won't feel guilty about selling it.  :smilielol:
