    My Trunk lid is now done and at the paint shop , started with the front fender and recieved new parts from YO  :bananasmi. Not on picture is the wheel opening mouldings.
    More updates will come :D

    Great progress hezzel  :2thumbs:.
    Really a time consuming job to remove the paint.
    She`s looking real solid, must be a joy to work on.

    Check that new gravel pan for fit first. The one we got from YO fit like crap! we ended up stripping the OEM one from the Challenger and reusing it.

    Thats a big 10-4 on that advice. If my old one was in the shape yours is I would have reused it. Mine came off a Lemon Twist R/T that had been hit in the back I guess because that thing is all full of bondo and even rivets  :puke:
    Your old one looks to be in pretty good shape unless it is really rusty. The YearOne pan I bought fit good on one side but like crap on the other side like it was not crimped right. Also if you compare the tabs where it bolts up you will find they dont line up right with the quarter. Its nice that we have new tin to fix our cars, I just wish it all fit better.

    Well here´s a small update , Got my trunk lid back from paint shop and left my right front fender there for etching primer and some small repairs.. Then started grinding the next one

    Update again: Both fenders has left the building , will start with door no 1 this weekend, and try fitting the gravel panel ....

    Have to say that this site :2thumbs: gives me much inspiration , haven´t worked on the car this much in about ten years.

    I'm working on restoring my Challenger Heater Box Also. Jim's Gasket Kits are THE BEST!! I got mine a week ago and there was stuff in there that I figured would not be included. Really nice kit.

    Looks like your Challenger is pretty solid. You've got a great project!! Keep the progress pics coming.

    Hezzel - what is the duct/hose in many of your photos?  Do you have an active dust collection system?

    Took it apart today and it turned out great ,will start assembly tomorrow. Took the heater and evaporator  for testing and no leaks so they are fine :crazy:
