    Open your hood and watch your engine. That is how much they move. Although if you pull off a plug wire or break a motor mount, they move a whole lot more.  ;D

    But seriously, does anyone out there have a 72-74 Challenger with a Shaker.  I've got a 440-6 in my 73 with the Rallye hood, but I've been toying with the idea of putting on a Shaker, but not sure how it would look with the late body grill.  I don't recall ever seeing one.

    Never seen a later Chally with one :dunno:   I REALLY like shakers. Don't get me wrong... They are S I C K !!    The AAR stripe is sentimental to me. The stripe doesn't go with the shaker IMO.  Makes it look pieced.   I guess I'll have to get another round taillight car with a 440 auto to put a shaker on...  :bricks1:   he he

    Not sure, I like the style grille, I was meaning painting it orange like that. Looks poos IMO.  :thumbsup:

    Weren't the grills available from the factory in something like 6 colors?  :clueless:

    We had a Trans Am with a shaker on it.  It was pretty cool to see it vibrate at idle then move when you rev up the engine.  I later put it on a '74 Bonneville.

    Although when the engine was out of tune, running rough, it looked a little embarrassing, letting the whole world see your engine running so rough.  :-\
