What is "D6F" on a 68 Cuda trim tag
« on: August 30, 2007 - 10:21:07 AM »
I am trying to put my 68 Cuda's interior back to what it originally was. Unfortunately, there isn't enough of it left to determine what was was. My fender tag says "D6F" under "trim". Exterior color was TT1, light metallic green. I would like some KNOWLEDGABLE person to help me out in determining if my interior was green, black, or could have possibly been a mix between the two colors. Does D6F give that info? If it was a mix, what interior pieces are what color? Thanks for your efforts.

Here`s what I found in my Resto guide

D6F = Seat, Door panel, Door armrest, Carpet : Dark Green
Door frame : Dark Green 43786
Instrument panel : Bayou Green 43925
         Headliner : Med. Dark Green
I`m not sure what those # stands for , maybe some paint code #
