As I was on my way to work, I caught a red light at an intersection where I need to turn left. Once the light turned green, I started making my turn, when I saw some movement out of the corner of my eye, so I glance over, and see a female driver going MUCH too fast to be able to stop for the red light. I didn't even have time to think, I just slammed the brakes as she. She hit her brakes a second later, and slowed down a littlel, still going through the intersection, passing within a foot of the front of my car. If I hadn't noticed her, she would have slammed right into my drivers side door. I wasn't wearing a seatbelt, so if that had happened, I'd have been in big trouble. Of course, I was stupid for not wearing my seatbelt, and I fully intend to wear it every time I drive now, but Jesus, some people should not be behind the wheel of a car.
