Good work Detective Carlumbo.

 :smilielol: :smilielol: :smilielol:

Thanks everyone, as some you have said, it could have gotten a lot worse. I guess some people just have no idea, he must have thought there was nothing wrong with it.

Barry  I jokinlgy said to the guys at the shop I should go out and buy a brown trenchcoat. :naughty: :puke: :smilielol: It's funny to think about it now because it was someone working for Dave the resto shop owner, but, luckily it all worked out niucely, hope it doesn't happen again, to me, or anyone.

Holy cow, what a story. Talk about identity theft! Man, NZ, you sure have your share of crap to deal with. There's that Funk Bros thing and now this. Let's hope it's all said and done with.

On a more serious note. I think you should of given him a hard knuckle lesson.  A slime ball like that needs a serious wake up call to reflect back on. He is one sick person. And I wouldn't put it past that pervert to keep up his bad nasty ways.

Carl,

If the girl was under age, I'd have had the police give him a visit.  Slime like that need to be put away, if not eliminated all together.

Thanks guys.

Al - Not worth my time mate, why run the risk of injury with intent to injure, assault or worse case scenario, death. One punch and an unlucky fall to the head, see it all the time, not worth the risk, especially for that turd. Those who have been here for a while may remember my close brush with a cell, I won't put myself through that again. 2nd punch basis for me from now on (defence). Besides, although he was slightly bigger than me he was a sissy. Could see in his eyes (when he wasn't looking at the floor) that he was your typical punk dropnuts. The mood I was in he would have been lunch. Plus, Mum was there, don't fight in front of my family unless it's a last resort.

Keith - I know the girl and she is around 20+, so, nothing illegal in NZ, however, whos to say this guy hasn't sent photos of his peanut to underage girls before, it'd be right up his alley.

Scum.  >:(

If I were you, I would contact authorities about the incident so they have it on record. he may retaliate for getting him fired and make all kinds of problems for you. He may just send some pictures to a minor to get back at you. You may also have them contact Dave to back up your story as well as the others that received the emails. You will want to protect yourself.

True but I honestly don't think it will get to that. His ACC officer was present, Dave, My Mum & I. For someone to do that would be really out of this world and risky, I'll be fine as long as I'm not the one flashing. If the police do come knocking I'll have my tracks covered. Thanks for the advice but we all felt it was fine and afterwards very funny.

NZ,

If he does come knocking at your door to make problems, I doubt he'd tell anyone where he was going.  So if he comes up "missing" I doubt anyone would look in your back yard.
