I'll get it all the way down and start putting it back together as original as I can replacing the parts I can't repair.
I'm still undecided about the engine. I'd like to at least return it to the '71 specs as far as horsepower. It will all depend on the budget.

Got home a day late and gotta leave Sunday for a week of training.
But I did get some work done in the four days I had.
Rear bumper and valance, trunk lid, gas tank filler neck, front and back glass, passenger door, rear window glass and mechanisms, hood, shifter and started on the dash pad.

Also got my Lincoln 140T and welded together my first project, the cart.

Just had to get some more done before leaving today.

First question...
...doesn't the fuse block come apart through the firewall?

Mine had two screws that attach the bulkhead wiring block to the firewall.  They unscrew from the enging side.  Don't forget where all the wires go.  Will prove to be inportant later..................

I'll fix it. Either replace it if I can find another or try to fabricate a fix.

Thought I would change the subject title.
Since I don't have and engine crane yet, I thought I would start on the quarter panel.
Learned alot about spot welds today.
