notice that the gran coupe had gator grain vinyl?

here are a couple more....the last one I don't think is the right color but I threw it in anyway.

70 Cuda, 7.0L Gen-III Hemi, Viper T56 w/9310 gearset, 3.91's, Megasquirt MS3x v3.57, Innovate wideband, Firm Feel upper arms, torsion bars, springs and strut rods, QA1 DA shocks. I did everything on this car except the fancy paint stuff and I drive it...and I can't seem to stop messing with it....

The color of the car in that last photo almost looks like green apple, sour apple or whatever the name is. The color is sort of popular on A-12 RR's or at least that is where I have seen it the most in pictures.

My neighbor that moved in not too long ago has a FF4 Cuda that he took to Miracle and told them to match the color as best they could. (didn't even tell me or I would have spent 2 seconds to look up the paint code).  Needless to say, the car came back in a puke green color.  :puke:

LOL reminds me of a buddy who bought a 70 SE Lemon Twist Challenger back in the 80's. He went down and bought paint for it and it looked like school bus yellow which in itself is not horrible but its just wrong to do that to a nice yellow car. 383/4, was a nice project car.

Here is my original paint F7.
The car had a dealer installed vinyl top and I am not sure if I should go vinyl or not.
What do you guys think?
