    I recently bought one on eBay.  They called it a Enderle hex rod and had small heim joints that screw in.  One of the joints is reverse threaded.  You can just the rod to the length you want and re-tap it to accept the heim joints.

    I have one on mine, but you can't have it. Just call BDS and order it....
