You left out "Do not know". My T/A had at least three previous owners, I have met two of them. Before that it was owned by a Gallo Wine salesman in Washington state. That was about 1980, and the prior owner does not remember his name.....

I have had mine for 14 years, bought it in 1993 for $1100.00 at age 14. The guy before me had it for 8 years, The one before him 6 years. The guy before him, i cannot find. He might be the one who took off the fender tag, and original seats with buildsheet, and #s engine. I know his name, but cant find him.

When i turn 29 in Nov, i will have had car more than half my life.

Add me to that "I don't know" crew.

I picked it up from a kid working construction in Pueblo CO. He got it from a friend who was attending USC, who he thinks he got it from another friend who was attending CU in Boulder. I did find a registration paper in it from the Denver county DMV from the 80s. Now it lives in Colorao Springs. Including myself, that is 4 owners. If this thing was kicking around college campuses for a while, the list could be a very long one as each succeding class sold it to someone else.

Mine is made out of at least 2 cars, who each could have had several owners, - do I then sum it up..???

Owner line up

Thomas Smith (my dads boss at a Union 76 back in the 70's)
Ronald Wanzer (Dad)
Betty Piccianno (Grandmother)
Ronald Wanzer (Dad)
Andrew Wanzer (Me)

So really you could call me the 4th or the 5th owner

I'm prety much a do not know,  the guy I bought it from had it a couple years, he mentioned the guy he got it from had it a couple years,  somewhere along the line, someone swapped a bunch of 70 interior parts into it ( it's a 74 ).  I'm betting with all the weird stuff that's been done, there's been quite a few hands doing it.

I don't know, but I wouldn't mind beating some sense into the last owner.  :horse:

3rd or 2nd, depnding on your point of view.  The original owner went to prison and gave the car to a friend to settle a debt beforehand.  This was the guy I bought it from.  He did title it, but I don't think he ever drove it, just sold it (to me) to get his money back.
