    I just got a composite hood and its in great condition but... on one of the upper corners is chipped... Some of the composite fiber is actually chipped away and it has left the composite of the hood exposed..

    I just want to put a clear coat over this to protect it from water and other things and make it look nice and smooth. What should I use to seal it?

    it should be made of fiberglass resin , just mix some resin to rebuild the corner

    Who makes a fiberglass Ralley hood? I have found a few that looked like crap. I want one, but it has to look 100% factory.

    This is actually a new hood for my Lexus


    Corrected spelling... Good game for my iPhone correcting words that aren't wrong...

    there is a thread on this somewhere, i will see if i can locate it. i have found a few and some of them look pretty nice, just expensive
