Not to change the subject, but you really should drywall your walls and and fire-tape the seams.  If you read the warning on the insulation facing you'll see that it says not to leave it exposed.  The paper vapor barrier is very flammable and it's going to burn if a spark hits it.

Thanks, I had planned on doing this.  I had to have a new garage built because my old one's foundation was sinking at one corner (built on clay) The new one has 18" wide foundation, 42" deep with rebar throughout, guess what, the same corner is sinking again.  :hyper:  When it gets hot, and dry, the water table under the clay drys out, and the clay drops. In the winter it usually comes back to level.  That being said, I was planning on drywalling it, but with the movement, I will have to look into something else for the walls.  I friend of mine who does siding work said he covered his walls in soffet material, which can be washed down.  I may consider doing that so it will move with the garage.

Little more today, got the inside painted with Trim Black.  That is going to be it for a while, with a kid in college, not much extra money for now, but I will start buying the brake and gas lines and the emergency brake cables, before I start putting the rear end back in. I can also start on some of the other parts that need to be painted.

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.

HEY! WoW that looks nice!  Keep doing a little every time you can. It will happen!!   If your looking for a good cheap wall board.Try FRP (?) It's the white fiberglass type of product used in food service n' public bathrooms.Screw it up.Has finishing/seam trims. You can hose it right down,No paint ever. And it will slide around a bit in the channels.Just a thought.  I've been muddn' drywall all day. Could do it in my sleep. :eek4:
