I definitely plan on driving it to spring fling, not sure it will be together in time for may 09 but maybe the fall show. Then again, who knows? Would love to take it to the track, I've never autocrossed or road raced this car but I did setup the engine with a good oil pan this time. As far as my wheels are concerned, after looking at this guy's work and the cars he has in his shop, I feel pretty comfortable leaving the wheels on for now. The guy is going to fix the wheel lips on the quarters that I cut away in high school with a hacksaw.
I wanted to leave the wheels on so he can get the clearances right.
As far as the painter is concerned, I've been sleeping pretty well. I'll take it that is a good sign. I didn't sleep worth a
when the car was at the blaster. Which is lame since those guys were really good!
I'm off to work on my engine wiring, hope to post again later with some update news on the fuel injection front.
