Carlisle 2008
« on: September 20, 2007 - 04:39:20 PM »
I saw the dates for the 2008 show and I'm glad it doesn't fall on the 4th of July weekend!  That didn't work out too well.  Most of the day on the 4th last year, pretty much all I did was pack for the show and load the car on the trailer.  It was worth it though . . .  :grinyes:   :grinyes:   :grinyes:

July 11-13 Chryslers at Carlisle

So who's going to the show in 2008??   :ylsuper:

Color me there as my car should be done and ready for a nice long trip by then  :) :)

Without the need to purchase parts for a project, I might be able to actually see all the nice vehicles on hand  :grinyes: , humbly proud to park my R/T SE by the c-c.com tent :worshippy :cooldancing: , and more than happy to give someone(s) a ride to the fairgrounds :grinyes: :grinyes:

ok, now which forum member will be driving their 2008 Challenger SRT8 over to our tent, eh?? :naughty: :naughty:

We will be there for sure, wouldn't miss it unless I don't wake up again  :roflsmiley: It is my responsibility to continue my tenture as the only (well, my lil honey too of course) member to not miss since c-c.c has been meeting as a "club". Besides, the shade of the tent with a strawberry smoothie sounds real good.

So, first things first..............who is going to block out the rooms for us in 2008? Rev., ya taking care of that again ?
What's the number? When can I call?............What's taking so long?  :roflsmiley:  :roflsmiley:

I am thinking about going, but if I do, I won't be bringing my Challenger.

I know, I know, but if I come, my father might go, and he would not like the trip without A/C.

I try to spend as much time with my father as I can when it deals with cars.

Hopefully I will be there.  I would love to bring my Cuda, but 300 miles with 4.10 gears and no a/c would suck.

A good idea!  I'll set up little hobo shelters on my way there and sleep under overpasses...  I'll save a ton of money!

I'd really like to go, but I dont think I would go myself.  Maybe if Mark decides to go by himself I could hitch a ride.  Sure sounds like fun.  Maybe meet up with 4C on the way.   :dunno:
