Just Curious - Anybody have a Slant 6 E-Body?
« on: September 22, 2007 - 08:41:44 PM »
I was just wondering if anyone on here has a Slant 6 Challenger/Cuda that is in running condition.  I just thought it would be unique to have one since most of them have been converted to a V8.

I cannot afford one right now, I am just curious.

I think It'd be great to own one.  Pop that hood and everyone would envy that oil bath air cleaner.   :smokin:

Seriously, I would'nt mind driving one.  Not something you would see everyday.  This would only be if it came with one.

I agree, it would need to be a factory engine, but it can be modernized...... oil bath air cleaner  :faint:

What, you wouldn't convert your 440/6 to a slant six two barrel?   :smilielol:  :smilielol:  :smilielol:

It got great gas mileage.  :2thumbs: I wrecked it. Slid on ice and hit a van head-on. It's in Mopar Heaven. :angelwings:

In high school my buddy had a slant six challenger, he used to beat the crap out of it (rev it up and tranny-slam it and fry the one wheel for 20 ft) we used to laugh soooooo hard!  That thing could take all he dished out though, and it had some balls, he put a trans-go kit in it and it would bark 'em loud in second!
