...congratulations

...and I thought I was the only packrat that still had one of those  :roflsmiley:

...unfortunately, the CUDA I ordered had a lot of bad luck and a horrible demise...it was damaged on the delivery truck, roof crushed by a fallen tree, wrecked numerous times and finally drowned in 10 foot of water/sewage

I think its cool you still have the car. I have said it before at another site but there is an old date painted on a wall in the mine I work at signifying where they stopped mining in a certain spot on a certain date. The date is imprinted on my mind, 4-12-71. I would love to be at that date at a dealership and be able to order my dream car 71 convertible. I envy you guys who were of age and had the means to buy these cars brand new  :ylsuper:

& NO power steering! Thats what I wanted, my dad changed the order after I left(he was in auto parts(hence the billing head) & this was his friends dealership) dilivery came with 727 , so my definite one of one car became one of at least a few, most I see had no where near the options I had & not a whole lot in E7, see one on ebay every now & then, but most are vinal top cars.
A little nostalgia(sp?)
