    Anyone going to SEMA this year?

    I think I'm going to be able to go for work, would be cool to meet up with other members there

    70 Cuda, 7.0L Gen-III Hemi, Viper T56 w/9310 gearset, 3.91's, Megasquirt MS3x v3.57, Innovate wideband, Firm Feel upper arms, torsion bars, springs and strut rods, QA1 DA shocks. I did everything on this car except the fancy paint stuff and I drive it...and I can't seem to stop messing with it....

    I have my tickets to go, but finances due to moving to silicon valley have said that I cannot go this year. I should be there next year though.

    las vegas, begining of november, big convention for new parts and such. gotta have some sort of buisness credentials to get in, or know somebody. cant just walk up and get tickets

    100,000 people , 2000 show cars and the who's who's of the Car Industry will be there! Builders,racers etc....

    From my understanding it is never open to the public. I've always had to use business credentials to get in.

    I just read in Drive magazine a few weeks ago that the main guy in charge of SEMA talked about next year on opening it to the public.

    I might be going this year, couldn't make it last year.  But there is a new policy of no cameras allowed.  Why?  I don't know.  I think it is crazy.
