    Not quite what you are looking for... Keep trying... The motor home trans may have been closer than that one. I have one, but I want 300 for it. And I'm not shipping it... Come get it BB727...  :poopoke:

     :iagree: w/Terry, just another motor home trans. Anything with a parking brake drum on the back is big truck (as in 2 ton etc.) or motorhome.

I did everything on this car except the fancy paint stuff and I drive it...and I can't seem to stop messing with it....

    this is a push button shift trans... earlier mopes came with the parking brake on the tailhousing as seen in the auction.  not all transmissions with parking brake drums are from motorhomes.  just an FYI

     I agree , in the 50s most autos had the park brake on the tranny

    I have worked on many push button trannys ('62 to '65)and have yet to see one with a parking brake drum on it.It must be a '50's model. :dunno: One thing is for sure,you don't want this one. :grinno:

    i had a 62 dodge that had a 361, pushbutton 727 and a parking brake drum on the tailshaft housing.  all original.

    true, you probably do not want the headache of this for your application, but those maxwedge guys love these transmissions as they are hard to get parts for.

    Must have been a BIG boat car? :biggrin: The max wedge guys want the '65 model 727 (cable shift but slide in slip yoke=stronger drive shaft) unless they would want to keep it original I guess. :dunno:
