OK, 1970 Challenger 440 For Sale (keeping it now)

1970 Dodge Challenger
w/ rebuilt 1977 440 .030 over with forged "six pack" pistons
Lanatti performance cam 234 @50 intake/242@50 exhaust lift is .513 intake .533 exhaust
Edelbrock Aluminum Heads that were ported/polished and RPM intake also ported
Edelbrock 800 carb
Estimated at 450+HP, builder thought around 500 but never put on dyno
Ceramic headers with 3 inch TTI exhaust
Just installed Ron Davis 26inch Aluminum radiator w/ dual electric Spal fans (say goodbye to overheating)
Built 727 Transmission w/ 3500 stall converter
4 wheel manual disc brakes (front wilwood)
Now has 3.91 gears
suspension has addco sway bars 1 1/8 front, 7/8 rear
mopar performance torsion bars .960
Firm Feel Inc quick ration steering box
New XV motorsports tilt steering column
New rocky mountain dashes instrument gauge panel w/ new autometer phantom gauges
Completely new Dash (not just a cap)
New pioeer CD player
New carpet and speakers
The seats sit a little high up, previous owner custom made brackets to fit him.

This car was in May 2006 Super Rod magazine shortly after I purchased it from the guy who built the car.

Price is 37k obo.

Wow. I dont know what it looks like up close but by the pics it looks like you can stick your arm in the paint up to the elbows  :2thumbs:

Thanks for the kind words.  Hate to see her go, but with some new responsibilties at work, it will just go neglected, and no mopar should be neglected.....

The wheels are Centerline Daggers, 17X8 in the front, 17X9.5 in the back.  225/50 tires in front, 275/50 in the back.  4.5 and 5.5 back spacing.  Thanks for the comments..

The suspension was all done by the previous owner, set up for a pro-touring style.  The ball joints were all new MOOG ones, but as for low profile, I could not answer that 100% correct.
