I swear, that color has as much pop to it as the snakeskin green I have seen. It is going to really turn heads when its done.
P.S. The Superbird is not too shabby either

A very nice combo 440+6, four speed, 354 Dana.

It is just killing me not being able to move along faster on this car
I am working on the dash now. Getting a color to redye the pad has been a problem but OK now.
I have been pricing Hemi's and trying to decide how I am going to proceed on it. It looks like a base 426  and a 5 speed. Pricing of the crates looks like my best bet is to have one built.Pricing will be a little more but I don't end up with wrong intake and valve covers. At least I will have a little piece of mind that there will be less problems with the Mopar crate issues.

Well I have been able to get some time on the car. We installed a sound deadened called FatMat on it and it works great. After installing the stereo you can really tell the difference. I have to give credit on the radio to the younger guy's in the shop they definitely know more about new sound systems than I do, it sounds GREAT.
They started fabbing up boxes for the rear. We will build them after they make card board templates.
The sound system is a Alpine head unit, three speaker dash two 6x9's two 10 inch subs, one 250 wat amp and one 600 wat amp.

I got it on E-bay for $89.00 plus $39.00 shipping. 100 Square feet. It was enough to do the whole car except for about 1/3 of the roof

I been looking at having one of the known builders do it or maybe going at it myself. Don't know yet, money being what it is now here I'm going to plug away at what I can for now.
