A quick test fit of the dutchman panel. Just a few small areas to work over.

Here is a few shots after the TEK screws were installed. The 1/8 inch pilot hole that were drilled to remove the old floor are used to align the new welds. I'll drill all the old holes to weld later.
It pulled down very nicely and with a little air hammer dollying it laid down great.

My gosh Dave, looks excellent.  So the one piece floor pan DID fit in through the hole? 

I bought too soon.

Here are some more pictures.
The dutchman panel is done. Also the four speed tunnel, frame bracket and window frame.
One more small patch in the floor and it's ready to go on the rotisserie for the torque boxes and frame ties.
I added a picture of some really helpful tools some of you may want to look into to make these type jobs much easier.

Now I have farmboy body shop dust, hope its pixie dust to make my trunk flawless.   :icon16: :lol: :lol2: :rofl:

Here are some more. The frame ties are in and all welding is done. I primed it today and can start on the filler work soon.
