It was a pretty well stripped out for parts 70 Challenger.
I was able to get the top and power windows setup.
Power top is very complete with only the switch and motor coupler missing.
 I'll be added in power windows after I complete the top part of the project.

Getting a little closer .
Worked on placing the drain hoses and fitting the box one more time.
Tonight I bonded the box in for the final time.
Next step will be trimming the roof panel and gluing the top material back down in place.
The slider panel has a few small pin holes that need repair and then test fit it.
Everything is glued and drying over night.

It is a cloth type head liner with out the bows in the sunroof top area.
It uses two bows in the rear.
I'm going to try and reuse my headliner, that will be iffy but I'll give it a shot before buying a new one.

Very cool and interesting project!  Some thoughts that occurred to me....? What happens if something fails, like it gets stuck in the open position. How easy is it to service? You mentioned using bonding adhesive. Is that in place of where the factory would have used spot-welds ?

If it gets stuck open you just drive fast and the rain won't come in.
There are two pins you pull and release the top panel to slide forward.
The top runs with cables like a bike brake cable.
A gear drives the top from the housings on the cable, the wear is usually in the aluminum guide  tracks.
Mine look really good though.
I'm trying the panel bonding glue in place of all the spot welds around the opening.
The box is supported by brackets screwed to the roof frame work so most of the weight is supported there.

I had a 74 Dart Sport Convertriple with a sunroof that had a bad motor, I would just unlatch each side, drop the rear, then slide the whole thing open or closed.  The Challenger "body service manual" manual shows pulling a plug then inserting a tool, then cranking the e-body's top open or closed.

They are a huge hole when all completed, and it is an awesome addition to your already beautiful car buddy Can not wait to see it all buttoned up and working in the car, are you going to go through the electric windows with install pictures too buddy.

Sure I can do the windows too.
Sent the workers home early and took bosses privilege to work on my car some.
Finished final trim on the box to roof skin and painted it.
 Tomorrow will probably glue the top material down.
