A lot of thanks go out to Scott and Steve for the extra help and keeping me from losing my mind. :2thumbs:

Hi Dave,

Challenger is looking amazing as usual. Do you remember what product you originally used in the seam area of the rear window plug please buddy ? Did you space out the plug so it was flush with the outer roof skin or did you sit it hard in the recess and use a filler to blend the difference from plug to roof skin please mate.

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.

I only recall 1 Gator Top Cuda in my past.
Back in the late 70's one cruised around on the El Camino Blvd.

I loved the feel of it. It turned black due to age.

Yours will look really cool when it's done.

Thanks everyone  :2thumbs:
I had planned on a almost finished update for tonight but forgot to bring camera home :banghead:
We got the headliner in and I started installing the power windows.

The top is complete minus the covering on the slider panel.
I have had the slider in and out several times making adjustments and it is working perfectly now.

I had a little problem with Legendary getting the seems right on the slider material, but they are taking care of it for me.
I got a NOS seal with the parts car but it is too short. I need to find some more.
Scott was able to save the headliner that was in the car and make it work with the sunroof.
He is MUCH better working with headliners than I am.

Rear windows are converted and I will move on the doors tomorrow.
Pictures tomorrow as well.
Dave

Hi Kenny
I placed the plug in as factory did and Duraglassed the edge seem flush with the roof panel. Then finished with regular body filler. It held up really well.

A small update.
I thought I took more pictures than I did, but anyway here are a few.
We used the bows to pull the liner up to get a idea where to start.
We also had to deal with reusing the old liner the holes had to line up with the various items in the intrior.
We installed all the visors, mirror, shoulder belts, then did the top opening then moved on to the side area, finishing with the back area around the quarter windows.
In these pictures there are a few wrinkles we have pulled out since the pictures.
I'll post finished shots when I get the interior cleaned.
Dave

Yes it is.
Took a little time off my car to fill a promise I made to my wife.
We bought a 2011 R/T Charger recently and I promised to stripe it for her.
Here it is.
Really like this car.
The previous owner installed cold air cleaner, custom exhaust and probably did some type of computer work as it shiftes like a muscle car.
