I wonder if that was tied into a sea storm surge of some kind. Its the only thing I can think of that could move that amount of water. Looks like it blew the top of the asphalt off. Maybe it was a runoff pipe that was running off the wrong way.

Wow, looks like someone paved over Old Faithfull lol. I think I could just make out the back of that one car. I think the water stopped it or something. I have not watched it all, slow tonight so I am posting here and then I will finish watching it.
