That's too easy to fix. Just make hybrids emit some pulse or something otherwise unhearable to the human ear. Make a built in receiver on a necklace,  sunglasses, or something for the blind that interprets the car's signal as a doplar-effect sound so that the blind can "hear" the car coming.

Yeah right, go ahead and put those 40 and 50 K (some +) cards into the spokes. 

I'm an old fart and it just drives me nuts to think of all the old, and I mean d@mn old rookie and other cards I have had in my possession. They were given out free in bubble gum years ago, I even remeber a certain brand of chewing tabacco that my grandfather used that had them included that he would give to me for my collection. I don't have a one of them..........where did they go.................... And I won't even mention the hundreds of OLD comic books I had. If I had those items I could have retired probably 20 years ago.

Once again, a small minority threatens the well-being of everyone else, and stands in the way of progress. I am so tired of this crap! I sympathize with them, BUT IT'S THEIR PROBLEM NOT EVEYONE ELSES! Let them come up with a way to handle the situation instead of making the rest of society pay for it. They overcame other obstacles by using braille, guide dogs, canes, or whatever was needed to deal with the situation. Let them come up with something else, AND LEAVE EVERYONE ELSE ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
