If that's your biggest concern then your best bet is to cancel the card and get a new one.  Just make sure the credit card company knows to credit back to the new card if that is what you do.  I had missed the part about you already purchasing and installing a new part.  In that case, get your $$ back now.  It's never fun dealing with deadbeats.

Hey, Thanks for the offer.  They are in Pa. though. E-mailed a copy of the receipt they sent me and will try calling again today. If I don't hear something this week I'll let y'all know.

I'm just wondering why they can bill your card and not shipped you the stuff. I would't mess around with them, just call the card and cancel as fast as you can!  :banghead:

I agree with others, you will get no reaction with simple threats. They will not respond until their money is taken away and they know you initiated a payment dispute. Do that and they will come running with some sort of response for sure, either to make it right or to complain.

 :iagree:

Universal truth, nothing motivates like money.  Get your credit card to refund your money, then you'll see how fast they respond.

'Tis Madness, Sire!!! :villagers:

Seriously, you seem to be the only party exhibiting good intentions. This is a business transaction. You've allowed a generous time without resolve; made several attempts at contact without response. Time to cancel the payment

I was thinking Mitchell Motor Parts.

How did I know that??  I said it was probably Penstar back on the 5th. These idiots shouldn't be in business, but I still see them at shows also.
