Eric Johnson, any of his stuff but "Cliff of Dover", "Trail of Tears" and "Bristol Bay" are exceptionally fine.  One of the best guitar players ever!  Also, a good dose of Almond Brothers, Hendrix, Jeff Beck, Stevie Ray Vaungh and Joe Satriani does’t hurt either.

I finally purchased Machine Heads new album, the blackening.   Awesome album.
